TiALSport springs are engineered for precise actuator control under extreme conditions. Manufactured from 17-7PH stainless steel, these springs deliver consistent pressure at high temperatures and resist relaxation up to 900°F (483°C), exceeding the requirements for actuator operation.

Each spring is color-coded and sold individually. Refer to the specific diagram for your model to match the correct color code and diameter before purchase.

Note: Q and QR springs should be selected based on negative (vacuum) manifold pressure at engine idle, not by positive (boost) manifold pressure rating.
