The DEI Black Titanium Exhaust Wrap utilizes LR Technology, constructed from pulverized lava rock stranded into fiber and woven into a proprietary, durable weave. Engineered for superior strength and thermal performance, this wrap is resistant to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown. It installs securely without the need for pre-wetting and withstands direct heat up to 1800°F (982°C) and intermittent heat up to 2500°F (1371°C).

Designed to maximize horsepower and performance, Black Titanium Wrap reduces underhood temperatures and maintains high exhaust gas velocity. It helps prevent heat soak, protects heat-sensitive components, and minimizes heat transfer through the firewall and floor for improved interior comfort.
