DEI Black Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is constructed from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary pattern. This wrap is engineered for superior strength and durability, offering enhanced thermal performance and reliability. It is pliable for secure application, resistant to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown, and does not require pre-wetting before installation. The wrap withstands sustained direct heat up to 1800°F (982°C) and intermittent temperatures up to 2500°F (1371°C).

Designed to maximize horsepower and maintain high exhaust gas velocity by reducing underhood temperatures, this wrap also helps prevent heat soak, protects heat-sensitive components, and reduces heat transfer through the firewall and floor for improved interior comfort.
