Introducing the aftermarket intercooler kit specifically designed for the Opel Astra G H GTC 1.9 CDTi. This comprehensive kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, silicone connectors and elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on installation preferences, some elbows may require shortening.

The intercooler is crafted from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance the vehicle's performance compared to the OEM intercooler. Developed in collaboration with Europe's top drifters and drag racers, the new core design features an innovative fin arrangement that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

The intercooler tanks, made from thick aluminum cast, are built to withstand harsh conditions encountered during competitions or street driving. This product is tested up to 10 Bar of pressure, ensuring reliability under extreme conditions.

The silicone connectors are made from the highest grade of silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, capable of withstanding high pressures in intake systems. They offer additional resistance to coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid, these silicones provide both strength and flexibility.
