Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi A4 1.9TDI B5. This complete kit includes a high-performance intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Depending on the installation, some elbows may require shortening.
The intercooler is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, providing exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler.
The innovative internal and external cores, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, feature a unique arrangement of core fins that improves heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.
The intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered during competition or street driving.
This intercooler has been tested up to 10 Bar of pressure.
The silicone connectors are made from high-grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to withstand high pressures in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house developed braid that offers strength and flexibility.
These silicone connectors are ideal for building professional intake or cooling systems and are utilized by many tuning workshops worldwide.
