Aftermarket intercooler kit designed for Audi A4 1.8T B6. This complete kit includes a high-performance FMIC intercooler featuring a new type of alternately arranged core, along with a set of silicone connectors, elbows, aluminum connectors, and clamps. Some elbows may require shortening depending on the installation method.

The performance intercoolers are constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering exceptional heat exchange capabilities that significantly enhance performance compared to the OEM intercooler. The innovative internal and external core design, developed in collaboration with top drifters and drag racers in Europe, optimizes the arrangement of core fins for improved heat exchange and airflow. Alternately placed heat exchanger fins with additional incisions enhance cooling efficiency.

Intercooler tanks are made from thick aluminum castings, ensuring durability under harsh conditions encountered in competitive environments or everyday driving. These intercoolers have been tested to withstand pressures of up to 10 Bar.

Silicone connectors are manufactured from the highest grade silicone with multi-layer reinforcement, designed to endure the high pressures found in intake systems. They also resist coolant, fuel fumes, grease, and engine oil, making them suitable for various applications, including cooling systems and crankcase vents. Each silicone connector is reinforced with 5 or 6 layers of a unique in-house braided pattern that combines strength with flexibility.
