DEI Black Glass Fiber Exhaust Wrap is engineered to reduce unwanted under-hood heat by wrapping headers and downpipes. Lower radiant heat results in a cooler air charge, improved performance, and increased exhaust flow due to decreased exhaust density.

Important Notes

Do not wrap catalytic converters; overheating can reduce converter lifespan. Use appropriate shields instead.
Once heat cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed, as flexibility is lost but thermal properties remain.
Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium may cause brittleness and premature cracking. Use heat shields for titanium systems.
