The Billet Fuel Filler Cap is engineered for 'push & twist' applications, enhancing the refueling experience with its exquisite feel and appearance. Crafted from solid 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum, it features a hand-polished finish and a glossy midnight black anodized surface with a laser-etched logo. The cap closes with a satisfying 'click' and includes a new pressure relief valve to maintain balanced tank pressure.

This design allows the cap to be propped in the factory locater within the filler flap during refueling. It comes complete with a new rubber o-ring seal and a locating tether, ensuring all the functionality of the original plastic cap. This version is specifically designed for newer and larger VWG vehicles. A screw-in cap option is available for older models.
