Floor & Tunnel Shield II™ is engineered to provide superior thermal protection in high-heat environments. Designed for use as a heat barrier, it effectively limits heat transfer on firewalls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, fuel cells, and other critical areas where elevated temperatures pose a risk to components and interiors.

This lightweight shield features an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core, backed with a high-temperature, pressure-sensitive adhesive for secure installation. The aluminum side must face the heat source for optimal performance. At only 3/16" thick, it is easily shaped and trimmed for custom applications, making it ideal for areas with minimal clearance.

Floor & Tunnel Shield II withstands direct heat up to 1750°F, with the adhesive rated for continuous exposure up to 450°F. Its construction not only reflects and insulates against heat but also provides protection from road debris and sound deadening benefits. Suitable for use on metal, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastic, and more, it is effective in a wide range of automotive and motorsport applications.
