Floor & Tunnel Shield II™ is engineered to provide superior heat protection where high temperatures threaten interiors, components, or electronics. Designed as a barrier to reflect and insulate against heat from any source, this shield is ideal for firewalls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, fuel cells, and other critical areas. Its lightweight construction offers effective thermal protection, debris guarding, and sound deadening.

Constructed with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to a 1/8" composite glass-fiber core and backed with a high-temperature, pressure-sensitive adhesive, Floor & Tunnel Shield II withstands direct heat up to 1750°F. The adhesive backing remains effective up to 450°F. The aluminum surface enhances heat reflection and rigidity, while the 3/16" thickness allows for shaping and trimming to fit minimal clearance areas. The finely woven glass-fiber backing ensures durability and ease of installation. Suitable for use on metal, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastic, and more.
