The DEI EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for extreme environments, providing superior heat management for off-roading, dirt track, desert, and powersports applications. This wrap utilizes a dual-layer construction, combining high-temperature glass fiber with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. The design offers robust heat protection while delivering exceptional abrasion and impact resistance.

Featuring Air Gap Technology, the wrap maintains an insulating air barrier by preventing direct contact between the glass fiber and hot surfaces. The unique 1.5" width allows for easy installation on headers, exhaust pipes, and systems, making it ideal for high-impact spot protection. The stainless steel exoskeleton interlocks when overlapped, ensuring a secure fit and straightforward installation. Available in Tan, this roll measures 1.5" x 10ft (4cm x 3m).

• Direct Heat Resistance: 1200°F (649°C)
• Radiant Heat Resistance: 2000°F (1093°C)

Important Notes:

• Do not wrap catalytic converters, as excessive heat retention may reduce their lifespan.
• Wrap should not be moved or removed after heat cycling, as the fibers lose flexibility but retain thermal properties. Avoid use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Titanium alloys are thin and designed to dissipate heat rapidly; wrapping can cause brittleness and premature cracking. For heat reduction on titanium, use flexible heat shields instead.
