The DEI EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for extreme environments, providing reliable heat management for off-road, dirt track, desert, and powersports applications. Traditional exhaust wraps often fail under the harsh conditions of water and dirt exposure. The EXO Series solves this with a dual-layer design: a high-temperature glass fiber core protected by a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This construction delivers high heat protection along with superior abrasion and impact resistance.

Featuring Air Gap Technology, the wrap maintains an insulating air barrier by keeping the glass fiber off direct contact with the hot surface. The 1.5" width simplifies installation on headers, exhaust pipes, or systems, making it ideal for high-impact areas. The stainless steel exoskeleton interlocks when overlapped, ensuring a secure fit and straightforward installation. Available in black or tan in 10ft, 20ft, or 30ft rolls.

Installation Notes:

• Do not wrap catalytic converters; overheating may reduce their lifespan. Consider dedicated heat shields as alternatives.
• Once heat-cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed, as fibers lose flexibility. Avoid wrapping flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Wrapping titanium may cause brittleness and cracking. Use flexible heat shields for these applications.
