The DEI EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for extreme environments, providing reliable thermal protection for off-road, dirt track, desert, and powersports applications. Its dual-layer construction features high-temperature glass fiber insulation encased in a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton, delivering both superior heat resistance and enhanced abrasion and impact protection.

EXO Series wraps utilize Air Gap Technology, which creates an insulating air barrier by preventing direct contact between the glass fiber and the hot surface. The special 1.5" width allows for easy installation on headers, exhaust pipes, or full exhaust systems, making it ideal for high-impact spot protection. The stainless steel exoskeleton interlocks when overlapped, ensuring a secure and tight fit for long-term durability.

Notes:
