The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for extreme environments such as off-roading and powersports, where traditional exhaust wraps are prone to failure due to exposure to water, dirt, and high abrasion. Featuring a dual-layer construction, this wrap combines high-temperature glass fiber with a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton, offering both superior heat protection and enhanced resistance to abrasion and impact.

Utilizing Air Gap Technology, the wrap creates an insulating barrier by keeping the glass fiber off direct contact with hot surfaces. The unique 1.5" width allows for easy installation on headers, exhaust pipes, or exhaust systems, making it ideal for high-impact spot protection. The stainless exoskeleton interlocks when overlapped, ensuring a tight, secure fit and straightforward installation. Available in Black or Tan, and in 10ft, 20ft, or 30ft rolls.

Important Notes:

• Do not wrap catalytic converters, as this may lead to overheating and reduced lifespan. Consider dedicated heat shields for these applications.
• Once heat cycled, the wrap should not be moved or removed, as the fibers lose flexibility but retain thermal properties. Avoid use on flex-pipes or flex-joints.
• Not recommended for titanium exhaust systems. Titanium alloys are thin and designed to dissipate heat quickly; wrapping can cause brittleness and premature failure. For titanium, use flexible heat shields instead.
