  • Sale: A remote service allowing the Seller to sell Products through data transmission at the Customer’s request via the internet.

  • Registration: The process of creating a Customer Account by submitting the registration form on the Store's website.
  • Delivery: The shipment of Products to the Customer’s indicated destination, carried out by a Carrier.
  • Carrier: An entity responsible for delivering Products in cooperation with the Seller.
  • External Payment System: An online payment platform used by the Seller.
  • Working Days: Days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1 General Terms of the Contract

  1. The Seller, pursuant to the applicable regulations, establishes these Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.racestage.eu.
  2. The Seller provides electronic services in compliance with these Terms and the relevant laws.
  3. These Regulations are publicly accessible on the Store’s website. The Customer can access, store, and print them at any time.
  4. Information on the Store’s website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but an invitation for customers to submit offers to conclude Sales Agreements.
  5. The Seller provides electronic services 24/7 via the Store's website.

2 Terms of Use & Registration

  1. To use the Store, the Customer needs an internet-enabled device, an updated web browser (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari), and an active email account.
  2. Customers can manage their orders via a Customer Account after completing the registration process.
  3. The registration process involves completing a registration form with accurate customer-related data.
  4. By submitting the registration form, the Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of receiving Electronic Services and confirms that they accept these Regulations.

3 Free Electronic Services

The Seller offers the following free Electronic Services:

  • Contact form
  • Order form
  • Product reviews
  • Customer account management
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Product recommendations
  • Adding products to favorites

These services are provided for a defined or indefinite period, depending on the nature of the service. For instance:

  • Order form: Available for submitting product orders.
  • Product reviews: Available for customers to submit opinions about products.
  • Customer account: Provided for managing orders after registration.
  • Newsletter: Provided upon subscription and receiving confirmation via email.

  • Favorites: Allows customers to temporarily save products in their account.

Customers or the Seller may terminate these free services at any time without providing a reason.


4 Orders

  1. Orders for Products can be placed 24/7 via the Store’s website by adding products to the Shopping Cart.
  2. Customers can proceed as a logged-in user or as a new customer by creating an account or logging into an existing one.
  3. The Customer must provide the necessary information to issue an invoice, delivery details, and payment preferences before completing the order.
  4. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will see the total price, including taxes and additional costs like shipping and payment fees.
  5. Placing an order confirms the Customer’s offer to conclude a Sales Agreement for the selected Products.
  6. The order can be modified before the Seller receives shipment details, including changes in product quantities, shipping address, or cancellations.
  7. The Seller will promptly notify the Customer if the order cannot be processed, offering solutions such as partial cancellation, delivery in parts, or complete order cancellation.
  8. The Seller confirms the order by sending an email to the Customer, confirming the acceptance of the Sales Agreement.
