Engineered for the serious racer, our performance con rods are crafted from high-grade SAE 4340 Chrome Moly Steel, ensuring unparalleled strength and durability. Each rod undergoes precision CNC machining, with both big and small ends finished using a SUNNEN honing machine for optimal performance. The design incorporates precision alignment sleeves that secure the rod cap, maintaining the integrity of the big end bore and preventing cap walk.

Every rod is subjected to rigorous quality control measures, including 100% X-ray inspection, sonic testing, and magnafluxing to guarantee reliability under extreme conditions. Multi-stage heat treatment and shot peening processes are employed to relieve stress and enhance longevity. Additionally, each set comes with bronzed bushings, perfectly suited for floating piston pins, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
