Each rod undergoes rigorous quality checks, including 100% X-ray inspection, sonic testing, and magnafluxing to guarantee structural integrity. Multi-stage heat treatment and shot peening processes enhance fatigue resistance, while the included bronzed bushings are designed for compatibility with floating piston pins.
