Each rod undergoes rigorous quality checks, including 100% X-ray inspection, sonic testing, and magnafluxing to ensure integrity. Multi-stage heat treatment and shot peening processes enhance durability and stress relief, while the included bronzed bushing is designed for a perfect fit with floating piston pins.
